Frequently Asked Questions

Your Questions Answered

1Personal touch benefits?
Individual taste, unique functions, practical solutions and creativity can't always be catered for "off the shelf". While flat pack solutions and superstore prices have their benefits, many are finding that mass produced items aren't the right choice for their home. Homeowners have much higher expectations now and when installing a new kitchen or bathroom they prefer something to reflect their needs and tastes as well as their budgets. A common misconception is that the 'personal touch' can be too expensive, but this doesn't have to be the case. Yes prices do vary across the market but a good independent designer can deliver to you exactly the product you need, meet your expectations and add flair and inspiration, helping to create your dream room while working within budget. Designed with you, for you.
2Do you provide fitting and building works?
Yes, we pride ourselves on our team of installers. We prefer to install the designs ourselves to ensure we complete the project to the highest standard with our trusting eye for detail. Any building, plumbing or electrical work that may be needed to complete the installation can be project managed by us, or alternatively we will liaise with your contractors to ensure a seemless installation.
3I have plans already, can you still help?
Yes, if you have plans already we will be happy to work from them. However we would also happily review them to ensure you're getting the most of any new installation you're planning.
4Is there anything you can't do and are you more expensive because your an independent?
As we are an independent outlet we can cater to all kitchen styles. We work with multiple kitchen suppliers to make sure you can find everything for your kitchen project. We are also actively searching for new products to aid our clients in achieving their dream kitchens, lots of these can be found across our social media pages! We can also cater to most kitchen budgets, unlike larger kitchen companies we don't have massive overheads, so more and more clients are finding they are getting better quality kitchens at the same price if not cheaper than larger kitchen outlets!

6I work in London, can you do late night appointments?

We have our head office located in Larkfield, a beautiful big showroom in Ashford, and a kitchen, bathroom and bedroom showroom in Gravesend; trading as Swans.
