The team have certainly been busy working from behind closed doors to improve our products and the services we offer. We are proud to announce that we have been accepted by the KBSA (The Kitchen Bedroom Bathroom Specialist Association), which is an accreditation within the industry. Customers can now take out a deposit protection insurance should we fall into administration. They are also covered for workmanship for up to 6 years after installation again if we should fall into administration.
New ranges have been launched… can you not decide what colour you would like your kitchen cabinets to be? Maybe calming pastel colours to reflect your mood whilst working from home or bright vibrant colours to add energy? We are now able to accommodate either with our new bespoke colour choice of 192 Ral colours at no extra charge.
A new flooring range has been introduced into our remit which is a click luxury vinyl tile. There is an extensive range including a parquet which is available in many wood choices. To show this off, we have fitted it into our Gravesend showroom (Swans of Gravesend). This is a great way to add texture and warmth into your project be it a kitchen, bedroom or bathroom.
We are also very proud to have been chosen as one of the few independent kitchen studios to sell the new Neff Collection. This gives us an element of exclusivity to the product which will not be widely available. If you wanted to slide and hide oven door but in a gun metal finish instead of the stainless steel, this will now be available to you. Of course, there are other matching appliances within the range.
The websites have also been re-written, we have 2 new displays being installed into Ashford in March and we have an exclusive worktop range coming soon.
